Customization and Proof Approval
For custom packaging projects, we’ll send you a digital proof before production. Printing begins only after your final approval. Please check all details—design, spelling, and layout—carefully. Buddy Packaging Co. is not responsible for errors once the proof is approved.
Delivery and Shipping
We aim to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or supply chain issues.
- Domestic (U.S.) Deliveries: Typically 5–10 business days after production.
- International Deliveries: Timelines vary by destination and customs clearance.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of your order transfers to you once full payment is made. The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the time of delivery. Please inspect your shipment immediately and notify us within 48 hours if there are any concerns.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted if your order is defective or does not match the approved proof. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.
Limitation of Liability
Buddy Packaging USA. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total purchase price of the order.
